Ingredients

    cup milk

  • 6

    eggs

  • 3

    tablespoons honey

  • 3

    ounces cream cheese

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon baking powder

  • 3

    tablespoons butter divided

  • 1/2

    cup honey

  • 1/2

    cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2

    cup butter softened

  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In blender, put milk, eggs, honey, cream cheese, flour, salt and baking powder. Blend ingredients in blender for 1 minute or till smooth. Grease 10-inch skillet with 1 tablespoon butter. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Heat skillet in oven until butter sizzles. Pour batter into heated skillet and bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and brown. Pancake will flatten to about 1-inch after being removed from oven.
