Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed in a garlic press or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1


In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

Refrigerate for several hours before using to allow dressing to thicken.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
