Peach Galette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2-3 TBSP Pie Enhancer (King Arthur's)
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 4 Cups Sliced Ripe Peaches (peel the skin off)
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 2 TSPB Butter (Dot top of Peaches)
  • 1 Egg Beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the Sugar, Pie Enhancer, Nutmeg and Cinnamon together

2. Add the sliced Peaches

3. Add the Lemon Juice

BAKE at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
