Ingredients
- Peppers
- 5 large poblano peppers
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 C corn meal
- 1/2 C salsa
- 1 to 2 (depends on taste) chile powder
- salt, pepper
- Topping
- 1/2 C velveeta or cheez whiz
- 1 can chile
- 1/2 C sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef/turkey, drained corn, drained tomatoes, corn meal, salsa, drained black beans. Core peppers & stuff with mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
In sauce pan, mix the chile, cheese and sour cream until creamy. Serve over top of the peppers.
