Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3/4 c. butter (1-1/2 blocks)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • Filling:
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Beat butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. Press dough into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until top browns.(I had to bake it for 15 min). Cool.

Filling:
Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk for two minutes. Spread 2 cups pudding over bananas.

Stir 1 cup COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pie.

Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Top cooled crust with sliced bananas.
