Ingredients

  • 6

    large Granny Smith apples, peeled & sliced

  • cup sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 1

    teaspoon lemon peel

  • 1

    teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½

    teaspoon nutmeg

  • pinch salt

  • 2

    tablespoons tapioca flour

  • cup white sugar

  • ½

    cup brown sugar

  • ½

    cup and 2 tablespoons of flour

  • 2

    teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2

    sticks cold butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon peel, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and tapioca in a large bowl. 3. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray and fill with apple mixture. 4. Combine sugars, flour and cinnamon in food processor. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. 5. Top cobbler with streusel mix. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
