Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated Pie Crust
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Bakers Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C Corn Syrup
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 C Pecan halves or walnut pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust as directed. Cut 1/2 chocolate into course pieces.
Microwave other 4 squares of chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes or until melted. Stir.
Brush bottom of pie crust with small amount of beaten eggs. Stir remaining eggs, corn syrup, sugar and vainlle into chocolate mixure until well blended. Stir in pecans and chopped chocolate. Pour into crust.
Bake 55 minutes.
