Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup salsa
• 1 cup shreded lettus
• 1 medium tomatoes diced
• 1 cup shreded cheese
• sour cream
• 1 pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

put pie crust in pie pan sprinkle with taco seasoning bake 7 to 10 minutes or until it begins to brown

in medium skillet brown beef and onion till cooked through and drain

add salsa and remaining taco seasoning cook 3 to 4 minutes

pour into pie crust and top with cheese bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown

let cool for 5 minutes top with sour cream lettus and tomatoe
