Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatos
  • onion
  • panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • cheddar and jack cheese, combined
  • canola oil
  • green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Peeled and shredded potatos that have been soaked in water in the fridge.
Drain and add 1 egg, chopped onion and panko bread crumbs. Bind together
and cook on flat top. Spray flat top and put handful of bread mixture down.
Top with a little canola oil salt and pepper and flip and top with
cheddar and jack cheese, cover with sheet pan. Remove and top with green onions.
