Ingredients

  • 2 cans 2

    cans crescent rolls

  • 1 lb 1

    lb sausage, cooked

  • 1 packet 1

    packet country gravy mix

  • 7-8 7-8

    eggs

  • 2 Tbsp 2

    Tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1 Tbsp 1

    Tbsp butter

  • 12 oz 12

    oz shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, Monterey Jack/Colby, etc)

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, then lay out sheets of crescent rolls, pinching seams together. Bake 11-13 mins, or until golden brown. Cook sausage in skillet. Once browned, move to one side and drain. Prepare gravy, according to package, in skillet with sausage. Mix sausage and gravy together once thickened. In small bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and salt/pepper. In small skillet, melt butter. Add egg mixture and cook/scramble. Spread sausage mixture over crescent sheets. Sprinkle eggs over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then dash of salt/pepper. Bake 5 minutes, or until cheeses are melted. Serve!
