Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup ( 1stick) plus 6 tbs butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups gluten free oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Separately cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour mixture. Continue mixing until well blended. Add oats and raisins. Continue mixing until well blended. Drop onto uncreased cookie sheets Bake for 10-12 minutes.
