Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/2 bunch of green onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery / peppers
- 3 pkgs of Ramen chicken soup (Dry Soup)
- 1 Bag of frozen peas
- 1/2 cup of veg. oil
- 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon of Sugar
- 8 oz of almonds sliced / toasted
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds /toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cabbage, onion, celery, pepper. Break up (raw) ramen noodles, toss in. Mix dressing & toasted almonds & sesame seeds w/salad mix. This yields a lot of salad. Best served same day
