• 4 pounds boneless halibut steaks
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cups grated cheese
• 1 dash cayenne pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients but fish and cheese. Place fish in shallow pan and pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle grated cheese over all the fish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
