Black Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp water
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tostadas:
- 4 low fat tortillas, any flavor
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder or ground cumin
- 2 cups finely shredded Romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 oz Pepper Jack cheese, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 green onions, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. For sauce, in a bowl combine ingredients and set aside.
2. For tostadas, heat oven to 400 degrees. Brush tortillas on both sides with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with chili powder. Bake 10 min or until browned in spots. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, toss lettuce, beans, cheese, tomato, avocado and green onions. Place tortillas on plates, top with salad and drizzle with sauce.
