Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1-2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 c. broccoli florets (good way to deal with leftover broccoli, too!)
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. chicken broth (OK to use bouillon cube)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4- 1/2 c. cooked chicken, in strips or cubed
- 1/4 lb. rigatoni, cooked to package directions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in saucepan, add garlic and cook until turns golden. Add broccoli, red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes then add chicken broth. Simmer for about 4 minutes. Add chicken and cook until heated through. Mix with hot pasta and serve immediately.
