  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 C Flour
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

BAKE 400º Then 350º
Greased cookie sheet.
Place butter and water in a pan
and bring to a boil. Add flour
and salt; beat vigorously until
it makes a ball. Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time beating
after each. Add vanilla.
Drop mixture from tablespoon
onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 40-45 minutes.
THE FIRST 10 MINUTES at 400º;
for the remaining time turn the
heat down to 350º
Let cool, then cut in half.
Hollow out and fill with whip cream,
pudding or custard. Put top back on,
sprinkle with powdered sugar or
melted chocolate.
