Blender Coconut Cream Pie

All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie pan, but when it cooks it forms its own crust with filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 8 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, half and half, coconut, eggs, egg yolk, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar in blender. Mix well.
Pour into a buttered and floured pie pan/plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can add more coconut lightly to top the last 10 minutes
