Bow Tie Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 oz. bow tie pasta
- 1 lb. chicken breast cubed
- 1/2 C kalamatta olives chopped
- I jar sundries tomatoes in oil
- 3 cloves of garlic diced
- 1 C Parmesan cheese
- Toasted pine nuts for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to pkg directions.
While pasta cooks, sauté chicken in oil from tomatoes.
Add garlic and cook, but be careful not to burn garlic.
When chicken is cooked add sun dried tomatoes and olives to warm.
Drain cooked pasta. Toss chicken mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Serve topped with toasted pine nuts.
