Ingredients
- 1 (19.8 oz) pkg fudge recipe brownie mix
- 1 (12 oz) mint chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (1/2 gallon) mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 (8 oz) whipped topping (cool whip)softened
- 1/2 C mint chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Bake brownies according to pkg directions in 9 x 13 baking pan. Let cool. In saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir constantly, until melted and well combined. Pour over brownies and spread evenly. Let cool completely. Carefully spread softened ice cream over chocolate layer. Freeze until ice cream is hard. Spread whipped topping over ice cream and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
