Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

  • topping:
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t pumpkin spice
  • 13 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick marg or butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan
2. Mix 1 stick melted marg or butter with box yellow cake mix (dry)
3. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
