K's Fabulous Lightened Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

  • 4 oz. 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup 1% Milk
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 2 T. light butter, cut into pieces
  • 1-1/2 T. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 ears fresh corn, shucked and cut off off the cob (make sure to scrape the pulp off as well)



Step 1

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring well. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. At about 3 hours it will completely come together, but allow to cook for the full 4 hours for the best results.
