Coconut Joys

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 cups Coconut
  • 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat; add powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well.

Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Make indention in center of each and place on a cookie sheet. Fill centers with melted chocolate. Chill till firm. Store in refrigerator.
