Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Spareribs
  • 1 can Pineapple and Juice, small
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch, or to desired thickness
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown spareribs and pour off grease.

Combine pineapple with juice, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Heat and thicken with cornstarch. Add soy sauce. Pour over spareribs and bake about 1 hour at 325.
