FROZEN FRUIT SORBET

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup red papaya chunks
  • 1 cup peach chunks
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Peel banana and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place banana slices, papaya chunks and peach chunks on a wax paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours until completely frozen.
