Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 t. garlic powder & pepper
- Chicken tights 10-12 pieces
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 3 med potatoes, cut in 1”cubes
- 3 lg carrots in 1” pieces
- 3 celery ribs in 1”pieces
- 10 oz peas
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, garlic & pepper in plastic bag. Add chicken one at a time to coat. Set flour aside. Cook chicken in oil until brown on each side. Combine soy sauce, oregano & 1 ¼ cup water, pour over chicken. Add veggies. Bring to boil, reduce, cover & simmer 30 minutes. Remove chicken & veggies, keep warm. Combine flour and ½ cup water, add to cooking juices. Bring to boil cook until thickened. Serve with chicken & veggies.
