Chef Lou Lambert's Famous Coffee Dry Rub
This was invented by the well-known Austin, TX chef for his famous smoked brisket, but he loves it on ribs as well.

Ingredients
- 2 c light brown sugar
- 1 c chili powder
- 1/4 c paprika
- 1/4 c kosher salt
- 1/2 c medium ground black pepper
- 1/4 c finely ground dark roast coffee
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a med bowl. Stir to combine well. Rub on meat before cooking.
