Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • s&p
  • 4 T butter + 2 T
  • 1 1/2 t rosemary
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 3/4 c gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 c asiago cheese
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 t garlic
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 c hot milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cauli in boiling salted water for 5-6 min. Drain. Melt butter on low heat in small saucepan, add flour and stir constantly for 2 min. Pour hot milk in, stir til boils. Whisk 1 min while boiling. Remove, add spices, asiago and 1/2 gruyere. Pour 1/3 sauce in baking dish, add cauli, add sauce. Top with bread crumbs, gruyere and drizzle 2 T melted butter. Bake 375 for 25-30 min.
