BOIL WATER
ADD TEA BAGS AND STEEP 15 MINUTES (DISCARD TEA BAGS)
ADD SUGAR
TRANSFER IN 1 GALLON PITCHER. STIR IN 7 CUPS COLD WATER
ADD MINT LEAVES
REFRIGERATE
