1/4 cup cherry jelly
1/2 cup pureed watermelon
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. olive oil
In a small saucepan, heat the jelly until melted; set aside to cool. Whisk in the watermelon puree, white wine vinegar, garlic powder and olive oil. Store in the regrigerator. Shake well befofre serving.
