Ingredients

  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 Cup butter, softened
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream

Step 1

In large skillet, cook sugar, 1/2 cup water, and corn syrup over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until mixture is honey colored.

Immediately, remove from heat, and stir in butter until melted.

Gradually stir in cream until mixture is smooth.

Use immediately, or let cool completely and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

To reheat, microwave for 30 - 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until warm and pourable.
