  • 1 Cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons confectionery sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cold watera small pan of simmering water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

In a very small bowl add cold water sprinkle gelatin on it let stand 5 mins place bowl in simmering water just until gelatin melts and is clear remove from water to cool. Meanwhile beat cream until soft peaks add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff

this recipe can be doubled or tripled with perfect results
