Chicken Breast with skin, Chicken Thigh with skin, 1 lb. sausage, 1 cup rice. 1 cup cream of celery soup.
Brown chicken in skillet with celery and onion, put chicken in pressure cooker, add drippings from skillet. Add 2 cups chicken stock with 2 tablespoons of chicken bullion and cup of cream of celery soup to pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes, allow steam to go out naturally, add baking soda to thicken gravy, serve over rice.
