Fudgy Devils Food Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package Devil's Food cake mix
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 2 egg whites
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 1 cup reduced fat plain yogurt
• 1 1/2 tsp. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Using a large mixing bowl, mix cake mix and cocoa together. Combine the egg whites, egg, water and yogurt then add to dry ingredients and beat well until thoroughly mixed. Place into a 10 cup fluted tube pan prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pan in the oven and bake at 350 degree for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tube pan to a wire rack and cool completely.
Top with confectioners sugar.
