Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe came from the Winter 1996 issue of Taste of Home magazine. This is one of my favorite quick cookie recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, crunchy
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.

On low speed, add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
