  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 2 t grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, cook shallot in oil over med heat til tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or til thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve with salmon.
