LIGHT ‘N CRISPY WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour 1/3 cup oil (melted unsalted butter)
  • 2 cups milk 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 Tb baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat waffle maker. Mix dry ingredients together. Melt butter, combined wet ingredients (except egg whites). Beat all ingredients together with beater until batter is smooth, Fold in egg white by hand. Pour ½ cup batter into waffle maker
