- 2 T prepared horseradish
- 2 t red wine vinegar
- 1 t ground mustard
- 1/4 t sugar
- 1/8 t salt
- dash pepper

Step 1
In small bowl, beat cream til soft peak forms. Fold in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
