Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
- 2 T oil
- 2 t minced chives
- 1/4 t salt

Step 1
Place potatoes in greased 15x10 in baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chives and salt. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 25-30 min or til tender, stirring occasionally.
