Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen puff pastry shells
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Assorted Fresh Fruit: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, sliced peaches, apricot halves etc.
- cinnamon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw pastry shells 20 minutes. On lightly floured surface, roll each to a 4 1/2" circle. Prick each very thoroughly with the tines of a fork. Place circles on ungreased baking sheet. Mix cream cheese with sugar and spread evenly on pastry circles. Top each with a single layer of fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm.
