Ingredients

  • 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder, (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes each, ginger, clove, black pepper
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Step 1

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
