Ingredients
- 3 eggs seperated
- 1/2 cp. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbls. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbls. flour
- 2 cps. cooked, creamed or canned corn
- 2 tbls. melted butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks, add milk, salt, flour, corn and melted butter.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
This can be made ahead and place in oven to reheat just before dinner.
