Directions

Melt 1/2 the butter in skillet over med. heat. Stir in onions and cook until golden brown. Mix in orzo, mushrooms and remaining butter. Cook and stir 5 min. until butter melted and mushrooms tender. Pour water and wine into the pan and bring to boil. reduce heat to low. Season with garlic powder s and p. Cook 7 - 8 minutes until orzo is al dente.
