Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Pillsbury biscuits (10 to each can)
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • nuts (optional)
  • Mixture
  • 1 c light brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven 325.

2. Place mixture ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

3. Mix cinnamon, sugar and nuts in bowl with lid. Cut biscuits in quarters and add biscuits, a few at a time, to sugar and cinammon and shake to coat.

4. Place in heavily buttered bundt pan. Sprinkle with a few nuts a pour a small amount of "mixture" over top. Makes about 3 layers.

5. Cook in middle of oven until done, 35-40 mins.
