Ingredients

  • Fajita Toppings:
  • Flank Steak (1-1 1/2 pound)
  • 1 quarted and seeded Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 quarted and seeded Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 sliced medium onion
  • tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place steak, peppers, onions, and marinade in a 1-gallon reclosable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat; refrigerate overnight.

2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place steak, peppers, and onions on grill. Grill steak, turning once, 16-21 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145 degrees for medium rare; 160 for medium.) Grill peppers and onions until desired doneness.

3. Remove from grill and allow steak to rest 5-10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain at a 45 degree angle; slice peppers and onions. Serve with fajita toppings.
