Ingredients
- 8 oz rotine macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (7 oz) tuna, drained and flaked coarsely
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1/4 C sliced pimento-stuffed olives
- 2 T minced onion
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t seasoned pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg (3-4 oz) cream cheese, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine macaroni, tuna, peas, olives, and onion in large bowl; toss lightly; sprinkle with salt and seasoned pepper; toss again. Stir in soup until evenly coated; fold in cream cheese. Spoon mixture into an 8 C baking dish; cover.
2. Bake in oven (350 degrees) 30 minutes, or til hot.
You may substitute elbow macaroni, small shells, or ditalini for rotini.
