Teriyaki Beef (japanese style)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Tender Beef Steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Mirin (sweet rice wine for cooking)
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh Ginger Root
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sauces for marinade. Marinate steak 2 hours turning to coat both sides. Broil until done. Also excellent on teh grill. Bring reamining marinade to a boil and drizzle over slices of steak.


Fast Method:
Slice and marinate 20 mintes. Stir fry to desired doneness.
