Beef Roast & Vegetables (Karen's)

Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast
  • Baby carrots
  • Baby yukon potatoes
  • 1-1/4 cups red wine
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine small amount of flour, salt & pepper & flour all sided of roast. Brown in oil & remove. Combine wine & soups & mix well. Place roast & vegetables in crock pot, add vegetables & pour soup mixture over top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
