Ingredients

  • 3 8-oz. packages of cream cheese softened
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 T. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 4 1/2 oz. package Camembert softened
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese shredded and softened
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled and softened

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 9" pie plate with plastic wrap, set aside.
Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, milk and sour cream and beat until smooth. Spread into pie plate. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Combine other cheeses, spoon into pie plate and spread to edge. Cover with plastic wrap and chill up to one week. Carefully invert onto serving plate and peel off wrap. Garnish with red and green apples and pecan halves.
