Ingredients
- 1 lb. cubed venison
- 1 large potato
- 1 large onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can V-8 juice (Lg. 2 qt. size)
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Step 1
Cut up potato, onion and celery into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low setting. Serve with fresh Italian bread and salad.
