Ingredients

  • 4 cups brocolli flowerets (1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 small purple or vidalia onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/2 cup raisins (regular or golden)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 T. White vinegar
  • 1 11 oz. Can mandarine oranges, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Combine brocolli, onion, nuts and raisins. Combine mayonaise, sugar, vinegar, and add to brocolli mix. Slowly stir in mandarine oranges.

Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours.
